Supertasker is all about connecting people who want to work with households/individuals/businesses. Posters can post a task and hire the best option available to them and get their task done. As we continue to grow it is very important to have values and standards in place. On top of that, we need to make sure the same values are being practiced and followed by every member of the community. We assure, that in order to maintain our authenticity and transparency, we are working very hard to achieve the goals set by our team to ensure a memorable and satisfying experience for everyone involved.
Supertasker is here to facilitate a reliable, safe and successful environment and assist in resolving any dispute. In return, we ask for your cooperation and timely response to the Supertasker team. If you suspect, a member has violated any Community Guidelines, please report it to Supertasker.

Task posting guidelines
The Supertasker platform helps you to get anything done. To create a safe, respectful and rewarding environment, we need you to follow the Guidelines below:
To maintain security of our community, posters can only share their personal information once a contract has been made in private message only.
Disclosure of your personal information can lead to various security threats due to which we do not allow our community members to share their personal information on public platforms that includes both website and social handles of Supertasker. This is only for your security and privacy and to prevent any malicious and unwanted activity.
Supertasker values it's community. To ensure growth of our community we promote courtesy and mutual respect, we believing that these values are of utmost importance, in order to grow our community. There are few negative behaviors that we will not tolerate:
Any of the listed negative behaviors will result in your content being removed and/or your account being suspended immediately.
We are striving hard to bring communities together which obviously is not possible without your support. There are certain activities that we do not support within our community. As it jeopardises the creation of a fair, transparent and trustworthy environment, which we highly value.
To ensure a safe and rewarding environment for all members of the Supertasker community, it's important to understand how pricing and payments work.
We don't allow anyone to post a task which is based on sales or commission. To ensure this, we will be monitoring all the tasks and if such task is posted, we will instantly remove it. All the task posted on Supertasker should have a fixed price for it that will be paid to the tasker once task is done.
We have multiple payment options that you can use based on your convenience, includes:
Though it is the choice of a poster, which method they want to opt for. But we recommend posters to use methods other than cash on delivery. In other methods your funds are secured in Supertasker Escrow account and once your task is completed we will release it to Tasker's account.
When you accept a Tasker’s offer on your task, the Tasker remains accountable for the provision and outcome of the task.
We value your eagerness to be a part of Supertasker community, but there are some eligibility criterias that needs to be a fulfilled in order to become a part of this community. To get started today, make sure if you fulfill:
All community members need to be 18 years old in order to become a part of Supertasker Community. As we can not bind any person under 18 in a contract legally. To ensure your age, Supertasker reserves the right to request your CNIC, as a proof of your age.
Moving further with accounts, here are some important information
Your account is carrying important information like your contact details and other, so you must maintain control on it. All the reviews that you have got reflects your skills and abilities so it must not be transferred to any other person.
Any member of the community can not have more than one account on our platform. Your account is your identity in our community and it reflects your credibility and reputation. So we highly recommend our community members not to go for a fake account. Any duplicate account trying to disguise a member's history, will be removed immediately.
All Supertasker members have an obligation to follow all the Community Guidelines in accordance with the rules and regulations set out in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
